About

Built From Inside
The Building

Most football technology and recruiting services are built by people who have never sat in a personnel meeting, graded a prospect, or built a class from scratch. Front Office is different.

Program Experience
  • Four years embedded inside a Division I football program as a working member of the personnel and analytics staff
  • Helped build two full recruiting classes from identification through signing — understanding every stage of the pipeline firsthand
  • Completed thousands of individual player evaluations across positions, levels, and scheme contexts
  • Worked alongside the offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, and all position coaches — understanding evaluation from the coaching lens, not just the front office lens
  • Two years in a coaching capacity — knows what coaches are actually looking for on film and in a prospect, not just what personnel directors track on a board
  • Built a 6,300+ line 4th down decision model in R using Random Forest with custom Context-Adjusted Performance scoring for program use
  • PFF Data Collection Specialist — play-by-play charting, coverage coding, QB tendency analysis across Player Participation, Base Analysis, and QB Coverage Charting disciplines
  • Credentialed staff member, 2022 Sugar Bowl

Dual degrees in Economics and Statistics/Data Science from Kansas State University.

Background in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and building practical data systems that non-technical staff can actually use.
